The name of the product is quite a mouth full admittedly but the performance of the product is quite impressive so I can easily over look the long name 🙂

I have something close to a phobia when it comes to glass container and this cleansing cream is store in a glass jar with a metal lid.
There is a protective plastic lid inside to prevent spillage because in hot weather the cream changes is consistency to that of an oil. Its slighly opague with a mild scent and has vaseline like balm consistency.
I have previously used a balm cleanser so my expectations naturally where a bit high, surprisingly this turned out to be as good as I hoped

Its pretty easy to use just scoop out a medium sized dollop of balm from the jar with the help of spatula (included in the box) warm it in the palm of your hands and massage it onto the face in circular motion with bit of water. The balm turns milky and your will see the makeup emusifying with the balm. Once I am thoroughly satisfied that all the makeup has dissolved. I wash my face with water and follow up with a foaming cleanser to get rid of the balm and makeup.
This balm cleanser makes my skin soft after use. It does an excellent job of removing water proof mascara, matte liquid lipsticks and sunscreen of my face. Personally I am quite satisfied with this makeup removing balm
