So I like to wear more of berry shades in winter and autumn, the color sets with the cold melancholic mood perfectly

For some reason the company didn’t mention the quantity of the product

This lipstick trio looks very similar to borjouis lipstick trio the packaging is very similar (‘must be a dupe)

 I was a tad bit disappointed with the size of the palette I wasn’t  expecting it to be that small

But once I swatched the product I realized that this palette was going to last me a long time

Packaging;

It’s a round palette and has three round circular pans filled with lipstich, the lid is clear and flimsyit came with an applicator which I don’t use

Prefer to use my index finger for application

About the product:

The lipsticks have a balm like waxy texture which stays on the lips for 6 hours, the wax gives prevents it from transferring on cups, also it wax is water proof so the lipsticks remains in place even if you drink water etc

All three shades are very pigmented and  can be worn as tinted lipbalm for a hint of color  or a heavier application can give a full lipstick effect

It has three colors

Starting clockwise

The first lipstick is a neutral red color. this is my favorite in the trio I just dab a little of it on my lips and voila I am good to go

The second lipstick is a deep berry shade, the color similar to intense kisses lip gloss in pucker up, a very festive color

The third lipstick is a berry red color with gold sparkles in it, this perfect to wear on a  party 

Since this palette leans more to the bulky side so it might not be easy to carry it with you in your clutch

Mua eyedust in shade3

It’s quite a challenge to keep loose eye shadows, setting powders or highlighters , since that make such a mess, they are travel unfriendly too, open the lid the wrong way and you are covered in mess which literally takes an eternity to clear. I once upturned a bottle of glitter and tiny specks of gold glitter still grace the lounge carpet

But hey I am beauty blogger I take challenges (figure of speech :P )

so I decided to give the Mua eye dust a shot

About the packaging

The dust is contained in a clear round acrylic / plastic jar. The product is prevented to spread every where  by a round piece of tape

Now I pierced a little with a help of a needle so that a very little amount comes out, minimizes the mess too

About the product:

This is my first ever eye dust so I didn’t knew what to expect from it but in my opinion the product is quite decent for the price.

It has a very beautiful mesmerizing mermaid green color with finely milled green glitter, its not gritty or chunk feel very smooth

This stayed on my lids for 2 hours, I did not use any primer underneath

But I am sure it can last longer if you use it on top of cream eye shadow or primer( it gets something to adhere to other than your oily lids)

Mua intense kisses lipgloss in pucker up

I don’t own a  lot of glosses as I don’t like them, I just  can’t stand them as they are horrible and gooey most of them have sparkles. I am more into matte lips 

I just own three lip-glosses,  yep that’s right just three

The Mua intense kisses lip-gloss has more of a lipstick texture so I thought I should buy one to give my meager lip-gloss collection some company

They has such a variety of colors that I had trouble picking one

I like light stained red lips so I bought the lip-gloss in shade “pucker up”

Since it looked pretty much red to me

But when I received my lip-gloss it had more of a deep berry shade to it

Yeah  this happens when you shop online, 

The color was so bold and pigmented and was totally out of my comfort zone ,

After a few weeks, my college friends decide to give each other a temporary makeover (had lots of fun), so my frind though how about a dab a little amount of it on my lips and smear it , that way I will tone down down the intensity and get to wear it, so I tried it on and well it looked great really not to bold nor to subtle

About the product:

The bottle is cute , has fair amount of product in it. a glittered pucker is on the lid, the wand is has a nice applicator which distribute the product evenly.

The lip-gloss is amazing really it’s so pigmented, and the staying power is terrific, stays for 6 hours. Has a creamy texture not gloopy or sticky ,

No glitter or sparkles, has no scent

Mua blusher in marshamallow

I have been searching for a blue toned pink blusher for quite sometime so when I spotted this on just4girls.pk website for a meager price of rs 200 I though why not give it a try

Packaging:

Now let me warn you this the packging is very flimsy and liable to break from the hinge(that’s what happened to my blusher)

This pan is quite slim and has a clear lid while the latch is quite secure

About the product:

The blusher is so pigmented ( I don’t have a blush as pigmented as this) one swipe of the brush is enough to apply the required amount for a natural flush of color

The texture of the blusher is smooth it transfers quite evenly and is easy to blend gives a nice wintery flush to the cheeks

Due its good pigmentation this blusher lasted on my cheeks for  six hours which is awesome

I am going to purchase more shades of blusher from Mua due to their amazing quality and super affordability

Mua lipstick in shade 16 nectar

 

I have been daydreaming about peachy corally lipsticks for a long time, they give a healthy warm glow to the skin , and are perfect for spring so when I read the review about mua lipstick in shade nectar. I saw my dream coming true :P

 Miraculously this lipstick was available at  just4girls.pk ( the mua stuff is always out of stock)
All the products get sold out so fast, its like magic

On with the review;

 The lipstick came packed in a plastic seal which is a good thing, the packaging as good but a little flimsy and is black in color , very sensible looking
There is a little container at the bottom  which has some extra product in it so that’s a plus point.

My thoughts

This has made to my list of favourite lipsticks,the color of the lipstick is a corally orange color  its very moisturizing, and has a very delicious vanilla scent,the color lasts for 2-3 hours which is ok, I don’t mind reapplying, goes on smoothly and doesnot crease on the lips but hey do exolifate yours lips before applying any lipstick as chapped lips with lipstick on don’t look good
 

Sadly heat is not a good friend as it kinds of melts the lipstick so keep it somewhere cool

until recently becute has somehow made its way to the ladies handbags
due to its super creamy texture and affordability.
 today i am reviewing two lippies by becute and one by medora
all three listicks are matte in nature

this is a very pretty deep pink lipstick it looks best on fair and olive skin tones ,
pigmentation of this product is superb this lasts  6hr on the lips and leaves a pink

 this lipstick is a light pink color suitable for everyday makeup look .
the texture is creamy, and lasts on my lips for 4 hours. has a faint scent

confession this is actually my first ever red lipstick  its a bit late as the bold 
red look was last year's trend. (this year its tangerine ) my mother ws not happy
when i purchased it she totally disapproved of this color
this color is a nuetral red so looks best on every skin tone
and makes my teeth look white too :)

this lipstick has  a little scent which becomes subtle after few minutes

I am not a mascara person because I have super sensitive eyelashes, any attempt of curling or making them appear beautiful results in eyelash fall (if it makes any sense).this  is actually the first mascara which has not harmed my eyelashes in any way or irritate my eyes

PACKAGING: this is the best  part. The packaging is so adorable it’s a very eye catching pink bottle with a pretty green cap. This looks so pretty standing upright on my dresser. so cute

My thoughts:

I really love this mascara. The formula is not runny but creamy and dries off fast on my eyelashes. it does not has any scent to it and is very black. It makes my eyelashes appear long and gives volume to it(not too much volume). Its perfect for every day look as it does not gives a dramatized look to the lashes. its also easily removable.water proof formulas are such a pain when it comes to remove them from the eyes. I just wash it off with soap and water, but don’t be alarmed because it does not flake off at all. The brush was big(fat) as claimed by Maybelline. I had a little trouble with it in the beginning but if you are good at applying mascara then it won’t be hard for you. The bristles on the brush prevent clumping and separate each lash so they look natural not like spider legs J.

Overall I am quite satisfied with the product and will repurchase it in future

Staying power: I wore this for 8 hours and trust me it was still there (cool right).
