Hello girls. I am sharing my monthly buys for the month of October

the first most exciting thing I will be sharing are these two beauties I purchased from beauty joint. My first ever korean makeup products yaay

I have been desperately trying to find authentic korean makeup products and imagine my delight when a facebook page by the name of lush groom bargains agreed to order Korean makeup products for me

I ordered this dear darling tint by etude house and coton bb cream by holika holika. Look at the packaging its so cute 😊

Next i purchased rose  water by Saeed ghani which I plan to use as a makeup setting spray.

 I been using fa deodorant for past three years so decided to try out this lady speed stick deodorant for change.I also purchased a pair of makeup sponge because my old sponge got a little mouldy

I know its kind of silly but I just wanted to share a pic of this minions bed sheet I found, its cute right

Earlier this month I purchased this spoon makeup brush and a dupe for real techniques stippling brush

skin 18 mask Innoface modelling cup pack and Cracare 3 step face mask review

I am back again reviewing the contents of my second reviewers package sent to me by skin18.com
Before I begin I want to thank skin18.com for send me these. Trust me, my mother and I had so much fun trying out these masks  this weekend

Innoface modelling cup pack in peppermint

 I have never tried a modelling cup facemask but I am familiar with peel off mask,
This mask is a diy project kind of thing in which you are supposed to make your own mask by mixing the powder provided with water in a fixed ratio 0f 2:1. this mask converts into a chewy rubbery like texture which peels off easily

I mixed a little amount of water with powder in a saucer and applied it to my cheek only
The first thing I noticed was the smell of peppermint , ah so refreshing

This mask gives a cool tingling sensation which feels so good
I waited a few minutes for the mask to dry and then peeled it off
unlike the freeman peel off mask this didnt peel of tiny hair from my face so whole procedure was pain free

My skin felt soft after the whole procedure. didnt experience any irritation on the skin
Personally I feel that this mask has powder enough to be used two times

Cracare 3 step anti aging collagen lifting mask 

I gave this to my mother to try out since its more appropriate for her skin and age . This is a three step skin mask its has an anti aging ampoule , a sheet mask and  anti aging night cream

Firstly let me just say that how amazing and sweet does this mask smells, its part floral part herbs

Step1: Anti aging ampoule contained enough product to cover the face complete. The ampoule absorbed instantaneously, its very light in weight and did not leave a greesy film on the skin
My mother really liked the way it made her dry skin so soft and smooth

Step2: Is a sheet mask this had a lot of product in it which was dripping so my mother applied the excess product to her neck

She left the mask on her face for 30 mins and them removed the mask and gave her face a mini massage
She really like how hydrated and supple her skin was after using the mask


Step3: Anti aging night cream
My mother applied to her face before going to bed and was happy to notice that this cream completely absorbed into her skin so didn't had to worry about the cream transferring on to her pillow case

My mother woke up with very soft and bright looking skin, this mask has amazing scent part floral part herbal the scent is really soothing so altogether it was a very luxurious experience for my mother


i am truly impressed by these two masks and plan to stock up the cracare masks for my mother on this Christmas / new year sale

Essence Dip Eyeliner

i dont wear eyeliner on day to day  basis i sometimes use a brown pencil to add dimension to my eyes but on special occasion i do like to wear a winged eyeliner.

essence makes some great eyeliners, this one is a new launch its called the dip eyeliner ,and it has felt tip for an applicator which is so much better than a brush in my opinion

small cute tube with a gray cap and a felt tip applicator which is non scratchy and easy to use.

About the product:

 its a quick drying liquid eyeliner  which drys to a some what matte finish , the felt tip is very gentle on the eyelids does not scratch or drag the eyelids , lts very pigmented and can also be applied over glitter or metallic eye shadow easily 

the bottle has a rubber stopper which prevents the  eyeliner from drying which a plus point because my mascara and eyeliner tend to dry way earlier than their expiry date

the only problem with this eyeliner is that its hard to dry a thin line with the felt tip.

this formula does not flakes off or smudges thought out the day and its  very easy to remove , just soap and water would do the job perfectly


overall i really like this formula and once i run out of this i am going to repurchase

today i am sharing a quick review on products i received in my mail  by skin 18  an online skincare store which sells genuine korean skincare  products at very affordable prices .the shipping is very secure and quick and the customer care service is very good too

my parcel came a little squished but nothing was damaged inside thankfully, they double wrapped all the masks in a box so all the masks were safe

inside the box i received 7  products in total , which constituted of an assortment of facemask, modelling cup maks and nose strips

they even sent a thank you note for the freebies :)

Makeup Revolution mono eyeshadow in shade Blow your whistle

i have been very impressed with the makeup revolution seriously most of the things that i have tried so far are good except for the eyeliner which had such a hard scratchy brush

makeup revolution has a lot of shades in the mono eye-shadow collection ranging from nudes to neon ,shimmer to metallics

now purple is my favorite color so when i spotted this on daraz i added it to my cart without a second thought

about the product:

i will be very honest with you guys, i had a lot of expectations with this particular shade since it looked so vibrant and neon in the pan but i was a tad bit disappointed when i swatched it because the color pay off was not as pigmented as i hoped it would be but  a wet eyeshadow brush solved that problem

the color as you can see is a beautiful royal neon purple. its a bit chalky but the fall out is not too noticeable i applied it on my eyelid over an eye primer and it stayed well

for the price its not that bad of a product

should you purchase it? umm well on its own this eye-shadow is a  bit lacking but when used over a base or eye primer it works well and looks very beautiful ,if you are new to makeup then is for you

time to review another pair of lens and this time i am reviewing the most beautiful bright green pair of lens i have seen they have such a mesmerizing diamond pattern which gives so much dimension to the eyes and add an aura of mystery

klenspop always send the lens in such cute cardboard case (guilty confession i have stored each and every cardboard box i have received  in my drawer, they are too adorable to throw out )

despite the fact that these lens have the diameter of 15mm these lens felt so comfortable, i didn't feel the weird scratchy feeling of lens pressing against my lids , it just fit so perfectly and didn't move at all . no dry eyes or blurred vision

the color as you can see is very vibrant and prominent on dark eyes,( my eyes are dark brown )
they show up so well in both day light and night time

for the purpose of comparison i took  this picture to illustrated the difference these lens made on my eyes  .as you can see my iris are pretty small compared to the circle lens

and these lens made my eyes look so doll like and big,

these lens are perfect for purpose of cosplay and special occasions . they come in a lot of colors like brown black blue and gray

MUA pro base eye primer

you just cant imagine the frustration i feel when my eye shadow just creases and vanishes off my eyelids after a hour or two , hello i just spend an our creating all that art work and now its gone leaving behind a undifferentiated mess of colors and oil

most of the times the elaborate art work which we have done on our eyes is lost due to reason that we dont use primer underneath our eyeshadows

i have been aware about the presences of primers for a long  time but didnt had enough money to purchase the ever popular urban decay primer potion but then Mua came to pakistan and all the wallet related issues were solved

Packaging: classy silver tube have a doe foot applicator pretty much similar to a lipgloss

About the product: its a silicon based primer which has a creamy texture and a foundation like tint to it.  easy to apply and spread on the lids , dries within a few seconds

makes the eye shadows look more vibrant, helps them to adhere better to the lids, prevents creasing and smudging through out the day , didnt affect the blending process at all
 

i dont have any other primer to compare it with but i do own a jumbo pencil by jordana which i have been using as a base so i decided to compare it with that

i used an eye shadow from the makeup revolution palette for the swatch purpose

the first swatch shows the eye shadow applied o nits own the second swatch shows when eyeshadow is applied on the mua pro base primer and the tird swatch shows the eyesdow applied on the jordane pencil

as you can see the eye shadow looks quite vibrant on the second and third swatch as compared to the first one

in my opinion this eye shadow is steal for the price

Essence stay all day 16hr foundation in 03 soft porcelain

hello girls how do you do?

after a use of an year and a half i finally ran out of my makeup revolution matte effect foundation so i purchased this foundation by essence on a whim from beautybar.pk

the stay all day 16hr foundation range has been around for a fairly long time but unfortunately none of the shades in the range matched my skin color they all very too dark and orang-y so when they introduced a new shade to the range i was hopeful that it might match my skin color this time
 but to when i opened my order and swatched it on the back of my hand it was a little darkk and pink for my skin

in the beginning i was very disappointed but on a suggestion of a friend i decided to mix it with a lighter foundation and  now i love it

Packaging : sturdy plastic  bottle with a dispenser, vert hygienic and travel friendly, cap is secure whole packaging is not bulky

about the product;

this is not a matte foundation . it has a moisturizing formula which is like creamy easy to apply and blends quite well too, in trem of coverage it provides medium coverage, my acne scars a still visible after application the shade 03 porcelain leans on the pink-ier side .
its long lasting but now upto 16hrs . starts to fade after 8hrs
it doesz not controls oil and and neither claims to do so

if you have dry or normal skin this foundation is for you or if you wear a different foundation in winter then you should definitely check this out
