In my opinion Romand is that one korean brand that everyone should try. It is affordable, pigmented + the color range is quite diverse. The only sad thing is availability. Lately many online korean stores have started carrying Romand e.g Olive Young, Stylevanna, Beauty Box Korea, Yesstyle, StyleKorean and RoseRoseshop.
