KEEP COOL Soothe Bamboo Serum Cleanser Review

Keep Cool launched a really cool product this month to knock the socks off your feet . It is nothing short of extraordinary . This is my first time hearing about a serum cleanser.

A gel-type cleansing gel infused with 10% Bambusa Vulgaris Water to moisturize skin, leaving a refreshing feeling. Contains Centella Asiatica Extract to strengthen the skin barrier to protect skin from external aggressors, as well as Jojoba Seed Oil and Cocoa Extract to prevent moisture loss and rejuvenate skin. The dense bubbles help remove skin impurities for clean skin. Suitable for sensitive skin.

I really appreciate the slightly frosted / Clear squeeze tube packaging. Makes it more recycle friendly and ofcourse hygienic. I love the sturdy flip overall the aesthetics are so on point

Coming to the product itself it looks like maple syrup or treacle. Texture is viscous and looks so inviting and delicious ( still thinking about food ) thanks to its rich amber color . Since it is serum cleanser it flows easily out of the tube so you have to careful when dispensing the product out as you can accidentally spill and loose product

This cleanser contains 10% of bamboo water extracts to nourish and moisturize the skin. The Jojoba seed oil is non comedogenic and really good for skin as it quite similar to our skin natural oils. I expected this to have refreshing scent of some sort but it is completely scent free ( rejoice my sensitive skin friends)..Another thing which caught me off guard was the rich dense bubbles. I didn't expect this to foam at all but it was pleasantly surprised by the foam and bubbles. 

I have been using this daily along with Bamboo cleansing water and Bamboo serum from Keep Cool and I have noticed that I didn't get any new pimples with this minimal skincare routine. It is good at removing sebum and dust from the face ( I am not sure if it good enough for removing makeup on its own. Honesty I am terrified of leftover makeup residue on my skin . 

But overall my skin feel soft post usage. Moreover it didn't strip moisture from skin or trigger new acne on ny face. I see myself stocking up more backs ups of this cleanser soon as it is gentle and effective

One Brand Review: Keep Cool

 Today I will be reviewing three products from the brand Keep Cool. I also have the Keep Cool Soothe Bamboo Sun Essence in my drawer. Despite the whole sunscreen controversy I still plan to express my unbiased thoughts on it. 

I don't use cleansing water that often because I like cleansing oils over it but somedays when my skin is not doing well. Or when I wear makeup for over 12hrs I like to use cleansing water and cleansing oil for extra deep cleanse

What is special about Keep Cool Products is that it is Free of 20 harmful ingredients and uses EWG green grades ingredients.

It also does not use the allergy-indicated ingredients in its skincare products

KEEP COOL Soothe Phyto Green Shower Cleansing Water 

A clear and pure cleansing water that eliminates makeups and skin wastes without stimulating the skin. Micellar Water Technology absorbs sebum, makeup residue, and skin wastes and protects the skin moistly.

The soothing and moisturizing complex, Phyto Green Shower, condition and calm the skin with phytoncide.

I have the 100ml bottle which is more suited for travelling, the packaging is sturdy and leak proof. I added these cute stickers to the bottle myself. The flip cap makes it easier to dispense the product. 

I normally douse cotton pad with this cleansing water and gently swipe it across my face and neck. It removes majority of my makeup along with sunscreen pretty easily but waterproof makeup like eyeliner and mascara need something more tough like oil cleanser. Overall it is a good micellar water that is gentle and effective

KEEP COOL Soothe Bamboo Toner

Containing 85% of bamboo water which helps skin retain moisture and freshness.

Designed to match the skin acidity of pH5.5 to maintain the healthy balance of your skin. Suitable for sensitive, dry and oily skin.

This one of my favourite toners. I have already added this to my purchase list and once I run out of the toners from my collection I will be purchasing a full size bottle of this .This is scent free, color free and alcohol free. The texture is runny like a water and absorbs really easily into the skin. It took me a solid one month to run out of this 15ml bottle. This is great for everyday use. I also works well for prepping skin for makeup. For my oily skin it is pretty light weight and hydrating. This is definitely suitable for all skin types

KEEP COOL Soothe Cooling Foot Spray

A minty scent spray releases stress on your feet while leaving refreshing feeling.

It is portable and affordable spray lightly and gets on your feet mainly having Menthol and Peppermint extract. It can be sprayed on socks or even stockings and also makes you stay standing still for long time.

No matter how often I wash my feet they still smell bad by the end of the day. I know my long duty hours and super active sweat glands are be blammed but their was no solution for this embarrassing problem until I brought this Keep Cool Spray on a whim. 

Not only does this provide instant cooling sensation to the warm feet in summer. It also adds a fresh minty scent which masks the stench considerably a lot. I usually spray my feet, socks and my sandals with this foot spray and my feet dont smell as strong as the did before. I also wear open foot wear in summer to prevent bacteria and mould from growing on my shoes and feet. So far I am happy and I will continue to purchase this.

Its summer here and I have switched my routine to more light weigh products. KEEP COOL Soothe Bamboo Serum has a viscosity similar to water. It absorbs easily without any sticky/greasy residue. Moreover this is completely scent free so if you are sensitive to fragrance in skincare products I suggest you to give this one a try

I find this serum best for hot humid weather. It works so well to maintain the moisture level and keep the skin soft and smooth in hot weather. Even on days when I don't feel like doing to many skincare steps this works really good on. Keep cool has really nailed the  perfect summer routine for all skin types

This has EWG green level formula with safe ingredients. I have used this for over three weeks now and my skin looks so much better. I dont have any active acne and zero breakouts. I recommend this to all skin types

[Review] KEEP COOL Double Sensational Lip Moonlight Red

Today I am reviewing a cool lip product by a brand called KEEP COOL which has a dual texture and provides color, moisture and gradient in just one swipe

Dual texture formulated with 40% of tint and 60% of balm for a natural gradation effect.

There are three colors in the range:

Juicy Coral, Ash Rose and Moonlight Red.
I am reviewing Moonlight Red which is described as ''a cherry-colored red to create a pure and cheerful look'' ~ Jolse

Starting with packaging. The lipstick comes in a pretty holographic box which is just too pretty on its own. As you can see the packaging is made out of transparent plastic so you can completely see the dual toned lipstick bullet  inside. Personally I really like this design because one I don't have anything like this in my makeup bag and two it makes is very easy to find the lipstick when I am in a hurry.  Although the plastic packaging is a little flimsy I think it is sturdy enough to carry around  in my purse

This liptint+ lip balm duo has a scent which is something close to Jasmine and  Freesia mixed together (Very floral and bouquet like) The scent lingers for a few minutes on the lips but its nothing strong or unpleasant.  What surprised me the most was the pigmentation. I  didn't expect it to be this intensely pigmented because its a 60% lip balm and 40% liptint. But a single swipe deposited so much pigmentation  I was totally shocked.

Though the korean gradient lip trend has cooled down a bit ( I dont see too many actresses in Korean drama's supporting gradient lips these days) . Still the two tone liptrend is looks beautiful in my opinion. It makes the face looks cute and youthful.

I feel that Keep Cool has definitely nailed this dual lip product .First off the color is a beautiful red color which will look flattering on all skin tones. Secondly the bullet glides effortlessly on the lips as the lip balm part is very moisturizing (the lip balm is non sticky) and sinks into the lips making lips look plump, smooth and hydrated while the tint part adds beautiful color to the lips making them look more vibrant and lively. The color stays on the lips for longer duration and I dont have to touch up quite frequently.
I feel that the ratio of lip balm and lip tint is perfect for providing the gradient look to the lips

This has definitely become a staple in my makeup purse and i have been wearing this  ever since I received it.
