Joohky Haul : Store Review

So Joohky is a relatively new online korean beauty store and they have a very cool YouTube channel. I have eyed their store for  some time and when I saw this Special Member Promotion where everything was 1$ I couldn't resist placing an order. So with a help of a friend I managed to place my very first order

The website design is simple and very easy to use. They have everything organized in different categories. You can also search via brands section or through the search bar. Joohky also reviews newly released products on its website so you can look for different review prior to making a purchase.

What I liked about Joohky is that they have a lot of cool promotions going on. Like Free shipping event, specially curated skin care sets etc. You can also get 3$ credit on signing up for an account at Joohky

So I purchased two Neogen products from their special member promotion for 1$ each. I had the  NEOGEN  Dermalogy Real Fresh Foam Blueberry along with NEOGEN  Dermalogy Bio-Peel Gauze Peeling Lemon on my wishlist for so long and I was super thrilled to get these on such an unbelievable price. ( pssst these costs around 16-20$)

While surfing the webstore I found the newly launched Peripera Ink Tint Serum. I had such a hard time just limiting myself to one lip product because everything looked so beautiful. I also grabbed the Merzy The First Gel Eyeliner in shade #G14 Crimson. I have already tried this eyeliner and it is the absolute best , so I bought one more in another color because this was at a really good discounts

Now many online stores offer standard shipping at fixed rate but Joohky calculates the shipping charges based on the weight . For this order I paid around 15$ for shipping. this may seem a lot but keeping in mind the two 1$ products I got. I didn't find the shipping to be overly expensive.
I was also very happy to receive generous amount of samples with my order

Joohky processed my order within a day or two and I received my order via K-packet in 14 days time

I am really happy with my shopping experience and I will buy again from Joohky in future.

[Review] MERZY The First Creamy Concealer CL2

I tried the Merzy Eyeliner and really loved the price point along with the longevity so I decided to test a few more products from the brand this time around I got the concealer because its very hard to come across great a concealer

MERZY The First Creamy Concealer  comes in 3 shades. I picked the middle color CL2 because it looked neutral .

Features
Waring fitting powder fills the skin's bumps, creating a smooth skin.
Minimize stain and darkening with sebum adsorption powder.
It provides fixed, worry-free retention after a long time

The concealer comes in a frosted cylindrical tube ( the size is a lot chunkier than a regular concealer tube)  . The wand is long and has a doe foot sponge applicator on one end. Overall its well made and speaks of luxury

The color is a light beige color with slight salmon undertone. Luckily this does not oxidize or turn an odd shade of orange.
I applied it in a dotted manner and blended it with my fingers. The first thing I noticed was that this sets immediately so one has to supper quick with application.

This concealer has a thin texture. Its not runny but very much creamy ( as the name implies) this can blended with sponge or fingers. I have noticed that this completely conceals blemishes and dark circles. This does not brighten the area much so I use this underneath my foundation to make my base look flawless

This concealer dries down quickly to matte finish so I don't use powder to set it. Moreover It doesn't crease or look splotchy as the day does by.

Its safe to say that I have found my favourite concealer for the year 2020

Loved and recommended by all Korean Makeup artists this gel eyeliner was on my wishlist for a really long time.

I put this to the test on my oily lids and viola I am amazed. This is 100% budget proof . As soon as this dries up. It stays on the lids until I wipe it off myself with a makeup remover

This is a super affordable Gel Eyeliner that comes in various colors and finishes like matte/shimmer. If you are looking for a fool proof, smudge proof , sebum proof eyeliner . This is the one you should buy
