I have lost count of all the serums and essence I have tried but none of them have such a unique and satisfying gel like consistency like this one by The Skin House.

Today I am reviewing Brightening serum by the brand.
Starting with the packaging. This is a partially frosted beautiful ombre glass bottle which has pipette dropper mechanism to dispense the product.I took photographs of this particular product in sunlight because I wanted everyone to witness the true beauty of its packaging.
Description
The viscous transparent gel type serum contains moisture particles and pearl condensed granule. If you pop the pearl and roll, the pearl will be absorbed softly and make the skin bright. It is a essence which contains the whitening function ingredient so it does not only brighten the skin tone, but also the granule in the serum will make skin moist. Also, It is absorbed fast and gives the fresh feeling.

Ingredients : Citrus Medica Limonum (Lemon) Fruit Water, Euterpe Oleracea Fruit Extract, Vaccinium Angustifolium (Blueberry) Fruit Extract, Morus Alba Fruit Extract, Prunus Avium (Sweet Cherry) Fruit Extract
How to use?
1. After cleansing, use toner to smooth the skin texture.
2. Apply enough serum to the face, and let it be absorbed deeply into skin
The gel like consistency feels cooling on the skin. If one looks carefully at the gel, you can spot small silver capsules which on rubbing release pearl extract for brightening.
Personally I really like the gel texture. Its surprising a lot more hydrating than lets say aloe gel. It takes a few minutes to absorb completely and makes the skin feel soft without any tacky residual feel. The scent is a bit strong ( smells very citrusy) but it disappears after few minutes to a point that you can barely smell it. Due to its gel like consistency the pipette does not fill completely but since its very hydrating you don't need a full pipette anyway.
I find this product suitable for all skin types. Its hydrating and brightening ( results become appart after multiple uses) the gel works with dry and oily skin. Its soothing and hydrating at the same time.
