Today I am reviewing a skincare product by Benton
Benton 'inspired by and named after the movie The Curious case Of Benjamin Button, in which Benjamin has no choice but to leave his love, Daby as he grows younger. If only Daisy could turn back time or her physical appearance wouldn't she be happier.
It may be a fictional movie, but dont many people desire to be young again. Benton desires to turn back skin to its original healthy conditions with healthy recipes, rather than to give you a temporary effects with harmful ingredients. Also, Benton presents freshly made products by sticking to small batch production.
This BENTON Deep Green Tea Toner Mild skin toner contains about 53% of Green tea from Boseong (Korea's best international grade tea harvesting region)
Tea is a popular skincare ingredient used to maintain oil-water balance for oily skin, combination skin, and skin with excess oil.
It also gives cooling effect and is mildly acidic which makes it a gentle toner.
One of note worthy aspect of this Green tea toner is that it has a mild brown brewed tea color unlike other skincare toners which are completely transparent and colorless like water.
Benton Deep Green Tea Toner is dermatologically tested and has an irritation value of 0.00 so its perfect for all skin types oily, combination, troubled and even the most sensitive ones.
Other ingredients like polyphenols, vitamins, minerals and amino-acids add nourishing quality to this toner
Starting with packaging I like how Benton has added a unique shade and color to this particular bottle. Its made of plastic and has a tint similar to green tea. (So pretty) The toner dispenses with regular mechanism it has a small stopper with hole to tip the product onto a cotton pad.
Main Ingredients. Camellia Sinensis Leaf water Green Tea Leaf water 50%, EGGreen Tea Camella Sinensis Leaf Extract, Camelia sinensis Seed Extract Camellia Sinensis Root Extract 3%, Hyaluronic Acid
Full Ingredients. Camellia Sinensis Leaf Water, Aqua (Water), Butylene Glycol, 1,2 Hexadiol, Glycerin, Pentylene Glycol, Sodium Hyaluronate, Centella Astatica Extract, Houtuynia Cordata Extract, Camellia Sinense seed Extract , Camielia Sinensis Root Extract, Salbi Nigra (Willow Bark Extract. Punica Granatoni fruit Extract, Betaine
The toner has mild barely noticeable tea scent ( if you sniff a couple of times you will smell it for sure). There is a mild brown color characteristic of deep brewed tea. The texture is like water. It runny and absorbs so easily into the skin. My prefered method of application is to douse a cotton pad with toner then swipe it gently on my freshly washed face .
Because of its gentle nature I find this great to use for 7 skin method. I like to use this early in the morning and at night before going to bed. I have oily skin and after using this for some time my skin feels moisturized and soft with less sebum and oil on my face.
I am really enjoying this toner because this has helped my oily skin so much. My acne has reduced and my skin produces less oil
